I already have a web site but I want to implement listings management, what solution could you offer me? Both the Promark Agent Solution and the Promark Agent Office Solution can be implemented into your existing website to help you easily self manage your listings.
I want to talk to a sales person before I order, how do I do that? We would be happy to provide you with a Free Consultation. You request a Free Consulation online or contact us directly a 1.888.333.4155 and we’ll be happy to answer all your questions and help you along each step of the way.
I don't have a website yet. Can you design one? Of course! You can choose to use our Promark Agent or Promark Agent Office Solution and have your website up quick and easy with one of our professionally pre-designed templates or if you are seeking a custom design you can choose our Promark Agent Custom Design Solution.
What is the learning curve for the listings management system? Our clients are literally adding their listings after a 5 minute walk-through. We can provide you with a walk-through on the phone.
Are there any additional or hidden fees? No. All our solutions are priced up front. Our clients are billed monthly, not annually in advance, and you will not need to commit to any specified time period. For our custom design solution you will receive a price estimate beforehand.
What about support? We are available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm PST to help you in person or you can submit a support request via email.
I don't have a domain name (website address) yet, how do I get one? You can register a domain name by visiting our parent company, PromarkDesigns.com.
Can I add links to other sites from mine? Yes you can. Your website content is up to you, you provide us with links, photos, verbiage, at the time we do your website. We can also make updates and changes to your existing website as well. |
